to the Robert A. Granato Senior Center at the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center
The Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center provides transportation services through grants and the generous donations of people in the community.
Transportation Program for Seniors
Transportation is provided on wheelchair-lift bus, 12 passenger van or by car for medical appointments. Trips can include banking, grocery shopping, pharmacy, PNC congregate meals, social events and other destinations.
This service is provided by paid certified drivers and trained volunteer drivers.
Service Area
The PNC Senior Transportation Program serves registered senior residents of Pawcatuck, Stonington, Old Mystic,
Mystic (Stonington side), and North Stonington in CT, and Westerly, RI. Please call for details.

How to Apply
A pre-enrollment interview and enrollment form are required.
- Call for information and enrollment forms.
- Send back completed enrollment forms.
- An at-home visit is mandatory to discuss eligibility.
- Insure all information is complete and accurate at the interview.
- Some restrictions may apply.

How to Schedule a Ride
- Give at least 48 hours notice.
- Know your doctors name and address.
- Be ready for driver to pick you up.
- Please do not "tip" drivers as they're not allowed to handle cash.
